Pastor Wayne Ellis

Pastor Wayne Ellis is the Pastor of Serenity Remnant Church. He is married to Lady Princess Ellis and is the proud father of three children and five grandchildren. Pastor Wayne wears many hats in ministry. He serves as the head of Making A Difference Daycare, Making A Difference Men’s Houses, and the Serenity Remnant Behavioral Health Program. Pastor Wayne has a genuine heart for people and a deep desire to see everyone develop a true relationship with God. He teaches that God brings transformation from the inside out, not the outside in.

Pastor Wayne was ordained as an Elder in May 2005 and later became Assistant Pastor of Serenity Church under the leadership of Bishop M. C. McGhee. He faithfully served Bishop McGhee until God elevated him to the role of Pastor and sent him forth to establish Remnant Church in October 2017. Following the passing of his leader, Bishop McGhee, Pastor Wayne merged the two churches in June 2020, forming what is now known as Serenity Remnant Church.

In July 2020, Pastor Wayne was elevated and consecrated to the office of Bishop. We are grateful that God has blessed us with a leader after His own heart. Pastor Wayne is a devoted servant of God and a pillar of faith who preaches the true Word of God. He shepherds his flock with wisdom and kindness, and as a protector, he stands firm for what is right.

First Lady Princess Ellis

Lady Princess Ellis is the First Lady of Serenity Remnant Church. She is married to Pastor Wayne Ellis and is the proud mother of three children and five grandchildren. Her class and elegance are truly unmatched, and she is one of the most loving and friendly people you could ever meet. Lady Princess has a genuine heart for service and can often be found helping, encouraging, and showing love to others. She goes out of her way to ensure that everyone feels valued and important. Her favorite quote, “Let’s love on someone today,” perfectly reflects the way she lives and leads.

In addition to her role as First Lady, Lady Princess also serves as the Praise and Worship Leader. With her melodious voice, she ushers in the presence of God, and the Lord has anointed her to sing, preach, pray, and praise. She is truly a helpmeet to our pastor, faithfully praying for and encouraging him to go further in God. Lady Princess is a true worshiper and a shining example of kindness, love, and devotion. Her gentle spirit and compassionate heart make her a beloved leader and friend to many. She joyfully serves alongside her husband and pours into the lives of others, and we are grateful that God has blessed Serenity Remnant Church with such a phenomenal First Lady.
