Refund Policy
At Serenity Remnant Church, we are grateful for your generosity and faithful support through tithes, offerings, and donations. We prayerfully steward every gift given to support ministry, outreach, and church operations.
 
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of charitable contributions, Serenity Remnant Church does not offer refunds for tithes, offerings, or donations except in the case of a verified system malfunction.
A refund may be considered only if:
 

• A technical error or system malfunction results in an incorrect or duplicate charge, and

• The transaction can be verified in our financial records.
   

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
 
 
Refund Review & Processing
Once a refund request is received, we will review and verify the transaction. Serenity Remnant Church reserves the right to determine whether a system malfunction occurred.
If a refund is approved:
 

• You will be notified of the approval

• The refund will be issued to the original method of payment

• Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
   

If a refund is not approved, you will be notified accordingly.
 
Refund Limitations
Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of heart or donation intent

• Incorrect giving amounts entered by the donor

• General tithes or offerings given voluntarily

• Donations made outside of a system error
   

Serenity Remnant Church reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
